By providing your mobile phone number and checking the box to sign up for one or more text messages regarding your fundraiser, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Integrity Fundraising on behalf of itself and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
1. Product Description
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Integrity Fundraising. SMS messages are intended to provide you with information regarding Integrity Fundraising goods and services including: Order Status, Delivery Status, Promotional Offers, etc.
2. Message Frequency and Timing
You may receive 3 SMS messages per month. The maximum number of SMS messages you receive may vary depending on fundraiser status needs. Texts will only be sent during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays in accordance with our hours of operation, unless necessary for Status Updates. In this event, texts may be sent after hours, but will not exceed 9 pm.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion of your contact information at any time.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions Section
Terms and Conditions may be subject to changes and updates as required by law or in accordance with Integrity Fundraising preferences and needs. The Terms and Conditions will be dated with the most current update and they will be present on the website for your future reference.
